Boats and aircraft are not retrievable. Saints Row: The Third features special vehicle delivery homies which deliver a specific vehicle which is not in the Garage. In Saints Row IV , after having a vehicle delivered, a random duplicate of the same vehicle spawns nearby any time a regular Homie is called. Saints Row: The Third unlock screen. The steps in the last sentence may be unnecessary, but that was the steps I took to get it to work, and it worked.

I saved and reloaded and it was ok again.
